April 1998 - August 1999. Sixth form at a private Catholic school in Carlisle. Trying different ways to make a difference to those days . . .
August 1999 - September 2000. A month at Cambridge University, seven months at a computer company in Carlisle, and travels in Austria and North America.
September 2000 - September 2003. The acquisition of a Maths degree and a society presidency at University of Kent at Canterbury.
September 2003 - September 2004. The gaining of a Masters degree in Mathematics In The Living Environment at the Universities of York and Melbourne, as well as a penchant for death metal.
September 2004 - May 2005. Four months' hard labour in Cumbria, three unemployed months near Canterbury, and lots of time on the rooooad, maaaaan.
